September 29th was an important day. It set in motion a series of events that led to many deaths and rebirths. The continuity of Karma, cause-and-effect, spawned a new branch in the universe from that day.

Soon after the curious and dramatic events of the 29th, on October 4th, this blog was hacked. All the files in my server were deleted, but thank goodness, the hacker, a local Malaysian, was dumb enough to leave my mySQL tables intact. I have since then filed a police report (though the policemen said, without any financial loss, this could hardly merit as a case) and have since handed in all evidence of the hacker. But since this is the country with an MP who tells other MPs in Parliament to “close one eye”, I don’t think any action will ever be taken, lol.

After Death, comes Rebirth. The Karmic Cycle, as they say, continues. I have started a brand new blog, and my old blog archive is now safe, and elsewhere. When everything seems settled, I will release the link to the old blog archives. The reason for the new blog is because the new Wordpress seem to have problems with the old databases I was using. I tried restoring Impressions of Love (Love’s blog), and it did get restored, but the password and user name cannot be used any longer, and no matter how many resets have been made, it still didn’t work.

In theme of Death and Rebirth, my maternal grandfather passed away in a very sudden death on October 26, and I had to rush back to Penang for over a week. Funeral done with, as is the cremation. His ashes were then thrown into the sea. An interesting thing was that he died in front of Avalokiteshvara, whom to many, is a sign of good Karma arising, lol.

Still keeping in theme with Death and Rebirth, since the curious events on the 29th of September, my relationship with Pretty Swallow pretty much died. I still love her deeply, but well, she cannot reciprocrate due to personal conflicts within. But for every death, there is a rebirth, and a rebirth of a relationship will take place, and will venture deeper into us than ever before. It will get better, deeper, more serious. And I hope it’s before time’s up.
Death, who had been the funny guestblogger on my blog, will not be returning, and neither Rebirth, until further notice. These two anthromorphic personifications have bigger functions (so many people dying in Iraq alone), so they will be busy.

Let’s see… any other interesting things that happened during the hiatus?

Here’s a partial list:

• Stabbed myself with a chopstick accidentally while lunching with Irene and Aaron. (Wooden chopsticks hurt. Trust me)
• Finished my Management assignment with 1000 words extra.
• Laundry. Lots of Laundry. Blame it on the crappy weather. I put the clothes out to dry, and 30 minutes later, a sudden downpour occurs, and I have to rewash my clothes. ARGH!!!!
• Rewatched Evangelion: Death and Rebirth, and the End of Evangelion. Still didn’t like the idea Shinji and Asuka… never mind
• Wickerman is a movie that you must avoid for goodness sake. It’s horrible. Not even worth a review.
• Rewatched the entire Vandread series. My Vandread: The Second Stage has a problem with the last 2 episodes. Damn, didn’t get to see SuperVandread.
• Got pwned by Pei Yeen. One day… I’ll prank you back. Just you wait. And I’m still waiting for that video of me being pwn’d.
• Sleeping much.
• No time for even any 3D renderings
• I supported the model-actress team on The Amazing Race Asia 4 minutes into the first episode. Shows you how shallow I am lol. I think they’re gonna get kicked out real soon, so better I support Andrew and Syeon. Lol. Shallow me.

Ah… well… that’s all for now, folks. I think. The first post is somehow permanently stuck at 1 January 1970. I’ll probably do a reintroduction some time later. And my blog template kinda sucked.
