This is the answer to the ??? posted a few posts ago. Let me first reveal some very obvious clues:

• The post was categorized as : Me Stuff, Artsy Fartsy, Lighter Stuff.
  Why would I classify the post as something artsy fartsy? Usually under this category, I’d show off some of my works, but why would I label a photographic post Artsy Fartsy?
• The name of the file was sexdrugsrocknroll.jpg.
  What’s so “sex, drugs, rock n’ roll” about the picture? Surely I named it for a reason and not on a whim.
• The fonts of the numbers in my picture were cartoony fonts
  I usually number my pictures or text my pictures using rather serious fonts (i.e Georgia, Times New Roman, etc), and I almost always use white or black. Yellow is too… cartoony
• Subject Hopping
  I started talking about playing cards and jumped to wasabi, to the feadog, and to the Fender Stratocaster and to the speculum. I jump a lot when I talk, but everytime I jump topics, they’re all inter-related in the big picture. So what is the big picture?

Then there are clues that were given on the post itself. Some are real, some are obviously misleading. Let’s review:

• A Fender Stratocaster is an electric guitar. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
• Read every section of this post. There is at least 1 clue in most sections. (True. Read above)
• The ads on the side bar may or may not be a clue. (Fact. But misleading - Read below)
• There are many foreign things mentioned. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
• What’s on my monitor screen is NOT a clue. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
• Some words are italicized, or bolded for a reason, some are not. (Completely misleading)
• The Matrix IS a clue. (True. - Read below)
• Neo will not help you, neither will Morpheus nor Trinity. (Completely misleading)
• Tic Tacs are mint. (Completely misleading, and pointless too)

There you go. Facts can be used to mislead people. Every single statement above is a fact, but only a handful are helpful. That being said, most people would use abductive reasoning to reason things based on fact, and sees things the way they want to see. That said, you probably cannot use any form of proper reasoning to reason out what I am trying to put across. Simply because you’re not there yet. Maybe if you had some sort of Suzumiya Haruhi logic… then you can make out what I try to say.

So, what was I trying to say? What I am trying to say is that there are few things in the picture that doesn’t exist - namely, the electric guitar, the bong pipe, and the speculum. To cut the story short, here is the composite picture:

As for the Matrix explanation - the whole gist of the Matrix is that they live in a world that doesn’t exist. The speculum, bong pipe, and guitar doesn’t exist. Simple as that.

As for the ads at the side of the bar, they are true, but only to me. I read (read: I said read, not click) an ad in my original post of My Desk, which inspired me to post something involving sex, drugs, rock n’ roll. Originally, I had wanted to put a digital sex toy on my table, but thinking about the negative connotations that may occur… I decided on something more subtle - the speculum. The bong and the guitar are self explanatory.

I loved the MSN (or comment) response from people who know me well and didn’t know that the picture is digitally manipulated:

• Adam (who’s the resident 3D guru in my circle of friends): “You have a Fender?”
• Ania: “Do you smoke weed?… I didn’t think you had a guitar”
• Ayjk: “Speculum…I’ve been wanting to see that! Anyway we’ve been learning the reproductive system…so that would explain my bizzare enthusiasm… Wait a minute..I’m perturbed…why do you have a speculum ?”
• Cfgt: “Nothing out of the ordinary - You forget, we’re talking about you. You might have or own strange things as a spur of the moment kinda thing, or just to see how it works.”
• Drinkingcocoa: “Heard you’ve been playing with a speculum.. wtf?”
• Princess Xy: “Why do you have a bong pipe [long pause] You play the guitar???”

I later told a few of them that the items were not real. Ania commented that the Fender Stratocaster had some problems with the shadows, and so I thought I’d like to go back and fix it, but I decided against it, so that someone amongst my readers can identify that it’s not real.

Apparently, cfgt knows me real well, quirks and all :D. In truth (and in real life), I’m not the person who goes about having [random/free] sex, do drugs or listen to rock n’ roll. I’ve got my Principles (that’s word with a Capitalization), but as what cfgt said, I may be too random as well. Oh well.

It had been fun. Obviously my 3D skills need to improve.
