This I agree. How many times have you shown someone something, and they immediately lose interest? Part of the world is keeping up the magical illusion. Breaking the illusion, and you’re left with nothing but to deal with numbers.
There is a saying that wushu (chinese martial arts. Some of you Americans know it as Kung Fu) gets weaker with every generation, because every teacher keeps 10% to himself/herself in case the protege decides to attempt to kill the master, then the master can unleash the last 10%.
A simple geometric progression then occurs… Oops. There I go again. Nothing to deal with but numbers.
I think I reveal too much. Gotta shut that gap sometimes. And I have a strange feeling that if I knew the answer to the universe, life and everything (not the ‘42′ variant of the answer), it can answer the question on why australian highlighters have such high alcohol content. You never know if I may come up with a temporary solution. Hmm. Go figure
