I mean, like the title is "Conceptualizing...", but when I copy and paste the title into MSWord's Citation Manager, it reads "ConceDtualizina..." Anyway, my management dept. (the only place where quoting articles is needed much) wants recent articles, so those tend to be nice PDFs with text as text instead of images. :D They’re usually legible, just not always entirely clear, but legible. Anyways, I found out that the reason why Emerald Insight won't let me download full text was because of something silly - an expired cookie. Had to relogin at the uni library. durrr.
