I’m in a personal Crysis right now. Look at what I got:

The Crysis Box. But please spot the other subtle product placements like Powerade, and Eclipse mints, as well as Windows Vista and Intel Centrino Duo. Also, please do note Tim Harford’s The Undercover Economist
Yep. Crysis Special Edition (aka the Collector’s Edition). I pre-ordered mine and it finally came on Monday (it was to arrive on Thursday the 15th). Ah, but what the heck, I got it for half the recommended retail price.
Here’s what’s inside:

Items in the picture above includes:
- Crysis artbook
- Crysis game disc
- Crysis Audio disc (featuring music by Inon Zur)
- Crysis Bonus Content disc
- Exclusive multiplayer amphibious vehicle redemption card
Also in the picture is Darklight Conflict, an excellent X-Wing-esque game back in its days. I had to run it on emulation mode though, so it’s a bit odd, but I’ll blog on that some day.
I’m still playing Crysis. Review will be up after I finish (which might take a long time, since I got sorta bored after the first hour)
Cool?

What specs are you playing Crysis on?
My laptop. Dual Core something, 2.5GB RAM, 7900GTX
[...] Having bought and played Crysis (I bought the Collector’s Edition at Play-Asia, for a very good price), I’d say I was only half right. I take back my words. The gameplay wasn’t as bad as I imagined it, but I don’t think it beats Half-Life 2 in terms of gameplay. Righto, then, let’s get into the review. It’s going to be long, but it’s going to be worth the read. [...]
