However realistically if i were a student living on my own, i'd invest in a rice cooker. 1, some wacko hostels in malaysia prohibit cooking in our rooms, so this is how i can get around the ruling. 2, i think it's just as versatile as a wok... we can boil, deep fry, fry, steam with the rice cooker. basically covers all ground for me. assuming i can cook, of course. hehe ~hashie My favourite would definitely have to be the wok, simply because it’s so versatile.
