Why Antworten zum Universum?
When I started this blog, I wanted to find the answer to life, the universe, and everything (I suppose I have since found it), so I thought “Answers to the Universe” might be a good title. But Answers to the Universe in English is so… lame. So I decided to give it a foreign twist, by using a German name for my blog. And yes, you guessed it right, Antworten zum Universum is “Answers to the Universe” in German.

Characters
Occasionally, I may mention a few people that I don’t link to. These characters exist only in my blog, and in my imagination. They are:

• Bloggck, the Oh-God of Writer’s Block
  Bloggck is a manifestation of all the “Oh-god”s that writers across the universe cumulatively scream when faced with a writer’s block. He constantly taunts me.
• Death
  The Grim Reaper himself, he’s a funny person. Or attempts to be funny. I believe he visited Terry Pratchett, which gave PTerry the inspiration to write in all small caps when Death speaks.
• Gab, the Oh-God of Please-Make-Him-Stop-Talking!
  Cumulatively manifested when people shout “Oh-god”s when some people (like Chewxy) talk nonsense. It is believed that I was half responsible for creating this oh-god.
• Hormel, the God of Spam Unsolicited Comments
  He hasn’t been appearing in my blog, because of Akismet. Thank you Akismet
• The Mindless Bureaucrats of the Mind
  These bureaucrats love paperwork. And they are solely responsible for making my mind slow down at times. Now, if only they were as cool as Hermes Conrad.
• The Great TitS
  The Great Turtle in the Sky, who is analogous to Jehovah, the Invisible Pink Unicorn, and the Flying Spaghetti Monster, only, unlike the other fake gods, this one is real.
