This monster/plant has been occuring in my dreams for 4 days in a row now. Every dream was similar: I would sit in front of a field full of these monsters/plants, and they would open their jaws, and out pops a smaller version of itself. This happens recursively until they’ve reached the skies. And then they’d . . . → Read More: Recursive Monster of My Dreams
All Hallows’ Day… is tomorrow. And today, on the eve of the Hallowed souls, I v-log for the first time!
Yes, you heard it right. Mr. Ne’er-show-his-face-on-his-blog is going to video-log. And this is not a joke. In a most serious manner, here’s my video blog… it’s a short one though:
Speaking of videoblogs, here’s Natalie’s YouTube. I love the way she does her video entries. It’s cheeky, and fun. Unlike mine (I assumed you’ve seen it). She has movie interests similar to mine too! Though, as she says, her videos do not reflect her. But I s’pose it DOES reflect on her creative spirit. And she’s cute. Damn. Too bad she has a boyfriend (whose iPod got stolen) though. She’s THAT impressive. Readers of this blog will know that I’m highly critical over YouTube videos and v-logs… so, it takes a lot to impress me, and she did it. Continue reading Happy Halloween
Sometimes what you did in the past does come back to haunt you.
In 2000-2001, my friends and I made the school website for my old school. We actually spent more time bufooning around, playing Age of Empires II, Counter-Strike, and watching cute shows like Bunny Slippers and making stupid stuff on Flash than actually working on the website. We were like 2 years behind our schedule due to coming up with various versions of the school website (and most notably, playing Civilization III and getting caught by the teachers)
Anyways, before we were caught by the teachers playing Civilization III, we actually did complete a shabby looking site. If we did it today, we would have went through all the XHTML verification, but we were young then, and we didn’t. Obviously, the end result is one crappy site. Well, we had a lot of grand plans for it (and we succeeded in most), but in general, we thought it to be extremely distasteful by 2002. We basically disowned the website by then.
Five years down the road, today, I discovered that the site is still very much alive. It wasn’t in the WayBack Machine, but it is live though malupdated. And much to my chagrin, it still functions! Ugh. Some parts have been removed completely though (Or Seng Kiat never really finished uploading the whole thing). Continue reading Old Work
This post is dedicated to my fun-loving housemates. I don’t regret choosing this place to stay, lol. In Reverse Racism, I posted in the comments that I was a headcrab zombie. Lissk then posted a link to Valve’s Headcrab hat (which was unfortunately sold out).
I subsequently printed and posted this on my room door (just out of random boredom):
eI apologize to my readers for calling them perverts. Truth is, only roughly 10% are perverts, and therefore it would be terribly unfair to call all of you pervs. To make it up, I’ll post a recent rendering here:
There you go – a freebie for guys and girls alike (well, there are girls who like Wonder Woman). If you wish to see more – I have her face modelled based on a friend of mine. Don’t remember her name though. Continue reading Keep On Staring
He’s not quite the devil yet, but he sure is evil.
This was shot on a Canon Powershot A95 filtered with Chewxy’s propietary Angelclick® technology. The Angelclick is able to tell if someone is aligned with Good or Evil. Seen here is Edmund Yeo, aka Swifty holding the Sceptre of Evil, delivering a sermon on being . . . → Read More: Who is Edmund Yeo?
The post was categorized as : Me Stuff, Artsy Fartsy, Lighter Stuff.
Why would I classify the post as something artsy fartsy? Usually under this category, I’d show off some of my works, but why would I label a photographic post Artsy Fartsy?
The name of the file was sexdrugsrocknroll.jpg.
What’s so “sex, drugs, rock n’ roll” about the picture? Surely I named it for a reason and not on a whim.
The fonts of the numbers in my picture were cartoony fonts
I usually number my pictures or text my pictures using rather serious fonts (i.e Georgia, Times New Roman, etc), and I almost always use white or black. Yellow is too… cartoony
Subject Hopping
I started talking about playing cards and jumped to wasabi, to the feadog, and to the Fender Stratocaster and to the speculum. I jump a lot when I talk, but everytime I jump topics, they’re all inter-related in the big picture. So what is the big picture?
Then there are clues that were given on the post itself. Some are real, some are obviously misleading. Let’s review:
A Fender Stratocaster is an electric guitar. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
Read every section of this post. There is at least 1 clue in most sections. (True. Read above)
The ads on the side bar may or may not be a clue. (Fact. But misleading – Read below)
There are many foreign things mentioned. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
What’s on my monitor screen is NOT a clue. (Fact, but doesn’t help)
Some words are italicized, or bolded for a reason, some are not. (Completely misleading)
The Matrix IS a clue. (True. – Read below)
Neo will not help you, neither will Morpheus nor Trinity. (Completely misleading)
Tic Tacs are mint. (Completely misleading, and pointless too)
There you go. Facts can be used to mislead people. Every single statement above is a fact, but only a handful are helpful. That being said, most people would use abductive reasoning to reason things based on fact, and sees things the way they want to see. That said, you probably cannot use any form of proper reasoning to reason out what I am trying to put across. Simply because you’re not there yet. Maybe if you had some sort of Suzumiya Haruhi logic… then you can make out what I try to say. Continue reading ???
